Swati Sharma is a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with 4 years of experience.

She completed her M.Phil. (Clinical Psychology) at Amity University and currently working as a Senior Consultant Clinical Psychologist at Caring Minds International, Kolkata and has been practicing privately too.

She specializes in various disorders such as depression, anxiety, and substance abuse as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy. 

She has been rigorously working with all age groups ranging from childhood disorders to geriatric disorders.

Her strengths are active listening and creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to express themselves with ease.

She has 2 international publications under her name in renowned journals of psychology and allied sciences.

With 40 years of distinguished experience in teaching, research, and consulting, I have held key leadership roles as a Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at PEC, including Dean of Student Affairs, Dean of Academic Affairs, and Deputy Director.

I have made significant contributions to Cyber Crime, Criminal Tracking, and Network Systems. As a mentor in AICTE's Marg Darshak scheme, I have guided institutions toward NBA accreditation.

Harleen is also affiliated with online mental health portals like Depict and is the Founder of Mynd & More, a mental health services platform.
